Wiki Page: How to Display Referenced Pipelines in Pipeline Manager Dialog

Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant Modeler Version(s): 08.11.11.87 (SS6) Environment: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64bit) Area: component Subarea: Pipeline Manager - Referenced Pipelines Original Author: Rahul Kumar, Bentley Product Advantage Group Background In OpenPlant Modeler, reference Pipeline can be displayed with the settings present in project PCF file. By changing the variable value from False to True, will allow user to see the referenced pipeline. By default, it has been disabled, as most of the time it is not required, and also to avoid confusion. However, to review the referenced pipeline, user may change the settings for their project use. Below steps will aid user to get the desired results. Steps to Accomplish Navigate to Project PCF file. Below is the default path for OPModeler_Metric project.PCF file. Default Path - C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler V8i\WorkSpace\Projects Open OPModeler_Metric file. Search for below mentioned variable. OPM_PIPELINEMANAGER_INCLUDE_REFERENCED = False Change the default value from “ False ” to “ True ”. Save & Close file. Launch OpenPlant Modeler & select required Project Unit. Under Piping Tab, Select Manage Pipeline to launch Pipeline Manager. See Default list in Pipeline Manager. Go to Left top icon. Check drop down option & set to Show All. Set “Show All” option. This will list all pipelines including Referenced Pipelines. With “ Show Referenced Pipelines” option, only Reference pipeline can be shown. See image below. See Also Comments or Corrections?
