Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant Isometrics Manager Version(s): 08.11.10.564 Environment: Windows 7/8 (64 bit) Area: Projectwise Subarea: Original Author: Harpreet Singh, Bentley Product Advantage Group Problem Description User getting below error when launching OpenPlant Isometrics Manager with Managed Workspace and OpenPlant ModelServer. Reason This error occurs mainly when the server schemas have been updated and after that user tries to login to the OPIM. It actually fails to login to OPMS because there is a conflict of server schemas and local schemas in C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\OPIM\%ProjectName%\Schema. Steps to Resolve Delete the OPIM folder from the location C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\ Please Note: This error should not have occurred therefore defect has been logged for this issue in our backlog. Still a Problem If there is still some problem and you cannot connect to OPIM after trying the above suggestion, then please create a Service Request and contact Bentley Product Advantage group along with the list of all relevant details to get in depth analysis and for possible solution or workarounds.
