Steps to Resolve This error basically relates to OpenPlant Modelserver not being able to connect to the database. Below steps will help you in resolving this issue: Go to start windows button and search "Services.msi" to open the services. From the list of services locate "OpenPlant ModelServer" service. Now locate "Projectwise Integration Server" service in the list and compare the properties of both the services. Properties of both the services should be same. for example; if projectwise integration service is running with different account log in then OPMS service should be running with the same account. To check the log in account right click on the Service and click Properties and switch to log on tab. If projectwise integration service is running with the local system account then OPMS service should also be running with the Local System Account. Comments or Corrections?
