Steps to Accomplish Make sure everyone is out of the AutoPLANT project. Create a duplicate of current SQL database on a new SQL Server. Add a SQL user account that has DBOWNER privileges. Open Project Administrator and Go to Project Name > Database > Databases Select PROJDATA database from the list and select "Modify". Select "Yes" in Project Database Properties warning message In the Data Link Properties dialog under Connection tab define new SQL server name and log on information. Make sure the option "allow saving password" is checked. Select new SQL database on the server and test the connection. Select OK and then save changes in Project Administrator Open Project location folder Project Name \ Projdata Open Projdata.adp and relink file to correct database Access go to File > Info > Server > Connection and change Data Link as required.
