Steps to Resolve Launch PW Admin and login to the datasource as an admin. Go to users and select the user who is getting this error. Right click on the user name and open the properties. Switch to Settings tab and double click Documents option. Toggle " Leave local copy on check in " option as highlighted below. Launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager again and load I-model to verify result.
