This article will explain how you can place bubble annotation on inline instruments manually. Steps to Accomplish Open PIDProjectSybols.dgnlib file in OpenPlant PID. Once the file is open, go to Workspace > Customize. In customize dialog, expand User Tools. Right click on Process tool box and select 'New Tool Box' option from context menu. Name the tool box as Bubble Annotation. Right click on Bubble Annotation and select 'New Tool' option from context menu. Name the tool as Place Bubble as shown below. Change the settings in properties section of Customization dialog as highlighted below. Now expand 'User Tasks' on the right side and go to Process task. Right click on the Process and create new Task and name it Bubble Annotation. Drag 'Place Bubble' tool from left to right and place it under Bubble Annotation task. Close the dialog and go back to the working DGN file, you will see the tool in Process task. Click 'Place Bubble' tool and select the bubble to place on the control valve.
