Further Steps will guide you how to edit these default paths and save files to required ProjectWise project folders. Steps to Accomplish When Folders Mapping button is active, then default ProjectWise Template where installed during new Plant Project creation. Open Project in Bentley Project Administrator Change ProjectWise state to Existing Project and click on active Folder Mapping button. For testing purposes we will change Datamanager Reports location in ProjectWise. Open Datamanager and publish any Report to ProjectWise. Check Report location When Folders Mapping button is greyed out, then default ProjectWise Template where not installed during new Plant Project creation. Open Project in Bentley Project Administrator Change ProjectWise state to Existing Project, Select to Install ProjectWise Template, if you don't want default folders in project chose ICOS\QRYS Only and then click enable ProjectWise Support. When ProjectWise Folders Mapping dialog will open, you can set required paths for required ProjectWise folders and remove others.
