The error message you are seeing is because the non-graphical instance of the application used in the background, failed to add the files to Print Organizer. Things to try: Does it fail if the files are exported outside of ProjectWise and then added to Print Organizer? If MicroStation is loaded on this system, can you try adding files to Print Organizer. Has this worked before? Possibly reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework To see if is a .cfg file is preventing the non-graphical instance of the application to work properly, do the following: Go to ..\config\appl in the application directory and move any .cfg that is not in this list to a temporary directory: ClashDetection.cfg ComponentView.cfg Rebis.cfg sketchup.cfg Launch the application and see if Print Organizer works. If it does, then add a .cfg one at a time until you find the culprit
