We are using OPM SS5 (.581). Are you saying that which spec is selected in the Standard Preferences dialog is what the program looks in for the fasteners? I cannot confirm this through testing. I've occasionally been able to get it to pull the correct spec regardless of the spec set in the standard prefs. While we may be switching to SS6 in the future, the spec selection in your reference will only help if we can choose the spec to query, and not just showing the options for whatever single spec it's choosing.
