Background Below wiki article explains how to define default weld type for welds. Steps to Accomplish Launch Bentley Class Editor. Open OpenPlant_3D.01.07. ecschema. Supplement with below highlighted schema as shown. Path: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantModelerV8i\WorkSpace\Projects\OPModeler_Metric\DataSet\Schemas Wiki Article to work with schema opening: Click here Navigate to Weld Types class, switch to Properties tab. Click on Add to add a new type of weld type property. For new weld type enter the details as shown below. Save all the changes. Navigate to below mentioned root, open OPModeler_Metric.pcf to edit. Root: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler V8i\WorkSpace\Projects Search for variable OPM_DEFAULT_WELD_TYPE as shown below. Change weld type as WELD_ABC as shown below.
