Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant PID Version(s): 08.11.10.XXX Environment: Windows 7 (64 bit) Area: Customization Subarea: Original Author: Harpreet Singh, Bentley Product Advantage Group Background There are some default properties which are never used while developing a P&ID. If user don't want to use it for a particular project, then these properties can be hidden. For example we will take LOWER_LIMIT_OPERATING_PRESSURE on PIPING_NETWORK_SEGMENT class. Steps to Accomplish Launch Class Editor and load OpenPlant_PID schema. Supplement it with OpenPlant_PID_Supplemental_Imperial schema. Go to PIPING_NETWORK_SEGMENT class and switch to properties tab. Locate Lower Limit Operating Pressure property. Add 'Hide Property' custom attribute on it and set the values to TRUE as shown below. Save the changes in schema and reload OpenPlant PID to verify the result. Comments or Corrections?
