Restarting after AutoPLANT Installation It is mandatory to restart the machine after installation of Prerequisites and Common Tools for Bentley AutoPLANT Applications. User may delay the restart till any/all AutoPLANT V8i product installations. AutoPLANT applications will not work properly if the machine is not restarted after the installations If you have already AutoPLANT products with lower versions installed see the link for uninstalling that version. Installation sequence Run AutoCAD 2016 once before Installing AutoPLANT Applications. Run Microsoft Access once before Installing AutoPLANT Applications. Before installing any AutoPLANT product, Microsoft Access must be run once to register users credentials such as name and initials. Failure to do this will result in an error message when previewing reports via applications such as Instrumentation & Wiring, Data Manager, Vision, Spec Gen or 2D/3D Consistency Reporter etc. Failure to do so will also result in an empty Microsoft Access window being displayed. Prerequisites and Common Tools for AutoPLANT Applications are required to be installed prior to any of the AutoPLANT product.
