Hello, We have two different customers that after trying to open any drawing, on any project in AutoPLANT Modeler, are getting the error message : “FATAL ERROR : Unahandled e0434352h Exception at fcd4a06dh” (or "Exception at fd05a06dh") and then the software crashes. I know I can change the NETCONTROLS in the AT.ini file to 0, but then the Componenet Preference cannot be docked to the side and it's not convenient to the ongoing work, so we are looking for a better solution. I tried to make Repair to the AutoPLANT Modeler, but it did not fixed the problem. I've already opened SR on the subject and understood that the problem has been reported to the development team as a defect, but for now the problem still persists for these two users and maybe for other users soon. Is there a temporary solution \ workaround for this problem at this moment? AutoPLANT Modeler 08.11.13.211 , AutoCAD 2016
