Background By default the Support Tag length character are 32, The user should be able to modify the required length for support Tag as required. Steps to Resolve Close all AutoPLANT applications. Go to following location C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Plant V8i\Modules\Base\xchg\pcf. Open sptout.ebs file. Search for "TAGNUMBER" as mentioned below.
