As per project requirement it might be needed to have a Pipe Union component with Circular Shape. This can be achieved in two ways: Editing the Schemas to make all the Pipe Unions appear with Circular Graphics Editing the Specs to make selected Pipe Unions appear with Circular Graphics Steps to Accomplish Case 1: Editing the Schemas to make all the Pipe Unions appear with Circular Graphics Editing the Schemas to make all the Pipe Unions appear with Circular Graphics Launch Class Editor from OpenPlant Project Administrator Open OpenPlant_3D schema and supplement it with -> OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Information_3DComponent.01.07.ecschema.xml -> OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_ModelingViews.01.07.ecschema.xml -> OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Modeling.01.07.ecschema.xml Browse to classes -> Plant Base Object -> Named Item -> Device -> Piping component -> Inline Pipe Component -> Pipe union Go to Properties tab and search for FLATS property and select it Click on Custom Attributes -> Add/Remove.. Remove the attribute OpenPlant_Physical_Catalogue_Property_Map by double clicking it Click Ok and save the schemas and exit Class Editor Launch OpenPlant Modeler and verify results CASE 2: Editing the Specs to make selected Pipe Unions appear with Circular Graphics Browse to your Spec location and Open your Spec in MS_ACCESS; Say mEX-OPm located at C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler V8i\WorkSpace\Projects\OPModeler_Metric\DataSet\Specs Databases Go to MISC_FIT table;Freeze EC_CLASS_NAME and FLATS columns Filter the EC_CLASS_NAME to display only PIPE_UNION Edit the values of FLATS to 0 for the records for which you want circular graphics Save the Spec and Exit.
