Forum Post: RE: OPIM Split Isometric over several sheets (AutoPLANT SS7 Refresh)

The image below is the pipeline in question, showing the flow arrows and Stop Signs (in Green). Placing the Stop Signs where indicated should produce 10 Iso sheets, as there are 9 logical spools with 2 of them spilt for clarity. The Inlet is shown in the Yellow Box, and the Outlet is shown in the Light Blue Box. I would reasonably expect that OPIM would start the Iso generation at the Inlet as First Sheet, and the Outlet as the last sheet in the series. So, if there are 10 sheets the Inlet Spool would be on Sheet 1, and the Outlet spool on Sheet 9. However, OPIM is generating them the other way around, with the Outlet Spool as the First Sheet, and the Inlet Spool as the Last sheet. Even though you can clearly see where the starting Flow Arrow is placed on the Inlet pipe after the flange. Also, the Stop Signs are not working as expected, as OPIM is generating 13 sheets not 10, splitting Spools at Flange welds and in arbitrary places at Tess.........This all causing me great frustration. My expectations of OPIM are that it will honour wherever I place the Stop Signs, but this is not the case. I far more sophisticated method of controlling this behaviour would be preferable.
