Isometric models are generated using OpenPlant Isometrics Manager and by default a seed file with all titleblock with all information, settings and properties is located in Isometrics style. If you have upgraded only OpenPlant Modeler, then you should be able to get same Isometrics as it was before. If you have upgraded OpenPlant Isometrics Manager then import your required seed file from OPIM SS5 style folder.
