Open the View section, select a view (as example the Equipment List) and go to: File>Export. In the next dialog, choose Access, Excel and click on OK. Choose a location and give up a filename and click Save (Save as Type is Microsoft Excel Worksheet.) In the next dialog choose in the View section “Equipment List” and click on OK. After the process, you will be prompted with the following screen. Click on OK. Now open the exported Excel file and modify if needed. You can save it now as an “XLSX” file if needed.
