Steps to resolve Close all Bentley applications. Go in windows Explorer to C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Plant V8i\Modules\Base\common\ Copy your COMPPROP.EBS file as back up. Open the original COMPPROP.EBS file and search for the following: currentColor = at_CADSystem_getColor() Add the following text after this line: insulationColor = at_ComponentProperties_getColor(compID, "Comp_Color_Mode") Save and close the *.ebs file Start AutoPLANT Piping and place a pipe with insulation to see the results. For existing pipes in a model and existing models you need to redraw the model with menu Piping>Piping Tools>Representations. Still a Problem? If above problem still persist, then please create a Service Request and contact the Bentley Product Advantage group.
