To Create the Drop Down. You will need to start with adding a new Class to Piping Component. 1) Copy Pipe Bend and Paste to Piping Component. 2) This created a New Class under Piping Component, rename as needed. 3) from this Pipe_Bend_New_Class, click on Properties Tab, locate and highlight Bend_Point_Radious. 4) Notice that ( Lookup Value Map Pointer ) shows Bend_Point_Radius_Value_Map. You will need to create a new value map to get a custom data list. To add a custom dropdown list locate Value_Map in the class list 1) Highlight ( Bend_Radius_Value_Map ) Copy and paste to Value Map class 2) rename the class to a desired list name 3) in the Properties tab you can adjust and add new properties as needed. You will need to link the list and the drop down. in your new Pipe_Bend_New_Class, go to Properties, highlight Bend_Point_Radious, change the Lookup Value Map Pointer to your newly named Value map list. Save and reopen OPM. To begin Drawing use the Add-in Key ( mechaddin place ( your new class name ) DSC=PIPING ) Draw the component, review Modify Component, notice you have changed the dropdown for Bend point radius factor. you should be able to alter and save changes to the radius.
