Hello William, I can assume that you are trying to add new root for new projects in Bentley Project Administrator I am not able to select app folder, but if I will create new one on C drive, inside app folder or any other, then it will allow me to select it. After this final folder selection or creation of new one, application will create files required to register and configure all inside projects. If you want to select already existing projects folder, then application should recognize it and allow to select it. Please add for us more information about Bentley products and their versions.
