Forum Post: Working with OpenPlant PID and Assembly

I'm using OpenPlant PID V8i(SELECT series 5) Version 08.11.10.631 When I insert an assembly and enter the tag information, when I hit OK button, Openplant PID stops working. If I try to use the function: select parent advanced and copy to clipboard then paste from component clipboard the software also stops working. How can I correct the situation?
