During the course of windows updates, Microsoft office 2013 updates will get added in system, and causes this error. Note: Some of AutoPLANT version does not support MS-office 2013 so always install Lync 2010 with MS-Office 2010 Steps to Resolve Case 1: Windows 7 64 bit +Microsoft office 32 bit + Microsoft access database engine 2010 64bit Repair Microsoft Access database engine Or Uninstall it completely reinstall it by silent mode refer following steps: Enter the path to AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe in the command prompt and run as passive. See below one example Open REGEDIT and rename “mso.dll” at "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\FilesPaths" Case 2: Windows 7 64 bit +Microsoft office 64bit Uninstall Lync 2013 and uninstall AutoPLANT, AutoCAD, MS-Office.
