Richard, The JW Player is probably not the cause of the buffering. The video files are served from a content distribution network (CDN) that has servers all over the world to try to mitigate network conditions of all kinds, but sometimes that is not enough. If you have a slow, or very busy, network connection the video may take a while to load. If you can use a hardwired connection, instead of wireless, you will experience less buffering. Another option is the Bentley LEARN iPad app which lets you download the videos to your iPad device and watch them "offline". Hope this helps. Steve H. Bentley Systems
