Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant Project Administrator Version(s): V8i Environment: N\A Area: N\A Subarea: N\A Original Author: Brandon Moberg, Bentley Product Advantage Group Many times when our users are trying to integrate ProjectWise with the Bentley Plant Project Database the option is greyed as shown below: Causes for this option to be turned off: 1. Database type could cause this sync to be turned off. The project database type must be a SQL Server or Oracle project. Microsoft Access projects are not supported to integrate with ProjectWise. 2. Is the project Distributed or Central mode? This is setup in the project creation process as shown below: If these two options are setup correctly then the option will be made available to synchronize with ProjectWise.
