When user uninstalled AutoPLANT Framework and Modeler SS7, repaired AutoPLANT PID SS4, he could not start Vision or Document manager anymore. He was always getting these error messages: Steps to Accomplish Uninstall AutoPLANT PID SS4 Delete the following Directories C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Plant V8i C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Bentley Shared\Plant V8i Install AutoPLANT PID SS4 again Try to open Vison and you will get this message Try to open Document manager After uninstalling any AutoPLANT version it is recommended to check registry entries for some leftovers which might be causing this issue. Select Edit>Find, search for required version entries and remove all of them. In this example we are searching for 8.11.12.1 entry.
