Hi Stephanne, You will find all annotation classes under 'Annotation Item' node. Please see below: It's always better to supplement the schemas to get better view of custom attributes on classes as well as properties. But for these classes in particular, you don't have to supplement the schema. On your second question, if you want your changes to be reflected to other users as well, then you have to place your workspace on a shared (Network) drive or use ProjectWise Managed Workspace.
