Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant Modeler Version(s): 08.11.09.XXX (SS5) | 08.11.11.XXX (SS6) Environment: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64 bit) Area: ProjectWise Subarea: Original Author: Harpreet Singh, Bentley Product Advantage Group Problem Description Whenever we export the files (including reference files) from ProjectWise into local drive and later import them back into same ProjectWise directory, link of master file with reference files is lost as shown below. User has to again attach all the files in master files. Steps to Resolve Once the files are imported back into ProjectWise directory, select the master file and right click on it. Select "Scan Reference and Link Set" option from context menu as shown. Click next in the wizard dialog. Make sure both options are checked, click Next. In the next dialog, click the folder icon to select the ProjectWise directory and click Next. Check On directory for master file and click Next. Check Off Enable priority search option and click Next. Click Next on below dialog. Give the path of log file and click Next. Click Scan on next dialog. Once the process is complete you will see the details as shown below. Open the file to launch OpenPlant Modeler and you will see all the references attached correctly. Still a Problem?
