New .ocx or .dll files are referring to older versions and causing the errors. Error 374 VB.UserControl received while opening Document Manager or Vision After closing all Bentley applications on this workstation repair the Bentley Plant Framework that was last installed: Go to Control Panel > Add Remove Programs.
