Thanks for reply. 1. I compared the pcf file, didn't find useful difference. The "OPM_CUSTOM_WAFER_TYPE_END_PREPS" part is same. 2. I checked the End Prep Type, same. 3. It has nothing to do with spec. I used same spec file. I think there should be somewhere to tell OPM that "WAFER_LUG_END " is wafer type which is a long bolt, if wafer type connect to flanged type, no bolt needed. Where is it? It seems my problematic workspace treat WAFER same as FLANGED.
