Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant Modeler Version(s): 08.11.09.XXX (SS5) | 08.11.11.XXX (SS6) Environment: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64 bit) Area: Import/Export Subarea: PXF Original Author: Harpreet Singh, Bentley Product Advantage Group Problem Description In OpenPlant Modeler, there are some support classes which are not mapped to their respective AutoPlant class and therefore they are exported as AT_SUPPORT in PXF file. However, there are classes which are exported on their respective classes, for example TEE_SHOE class is mapped to AT_SUPPORT_TEESHOE class and is exported correctly in PXF file. Whereas SPRING_HANGER is exported as AT_SUPPORT in PXF file as shown below. Similarly, RISER_CLAMP is also exported as AT_SUPPORT in PXF output. Steps to Resolve Launch Class Editor and load OpenPlant_3D schema. Supplement it with OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Modeling and OpenPlant_3D_Supplemental_Mapping_AutoPLANT schema. Note: For more information on schema supplementation read this article . Search for SPRING_HANGER class through Find Class dialog and click Go To button. Right click on SPRING_HANGER class and click Add/Remove custom attribute. Add "AutoPLANT_PDW_Catalogue_Class_Map" custom attribute as shown below. Right click on ClassMapping field and click "Add Element". Add "AT_SUPPORT_SPRINGHANGER" in class name field and "BASE" in ModuleName field. Similarly add same custom attribute on RISER_CLAMP class and add below information. Save the changes in schema and verify the result by exporting the PXF file again. SPRING_HANGER RISER_CLAMP Comments or Corrections? Bentley's Product Advantage Group requests that you please confine any comments you have on this Wiki entry to this "Comments or Corrections?" section. THANK YOU!
