Applies To Product(s): OpenPlant Project Administrator Version(s): 08.11.09.XXX (SS5) | 08.11.11.XXX (SS6) Environment: Windows 7/8.1/10 (64 bit) Area: Specification Generator Subarea: Catalog Editor Original Author: Jaya Tiwari, Bentley Product Advantage Group Problem Description User was not able to see the classes when trying to create component in "Add New Component" dialog of Catalog Editor. Reason Since Catalog Editor reads OpenPlant_3D schema from project and it has various schemas referenced into it out of which two highlighted schemas are missing in the schemas folder (C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantPID (SS6)\WorkSpace\Projects\%PROJECT%\Dataset\schemas) therefore the classes do not appear in the dialog. Steps to Resolve Open and Copy highlighted schemas from default project. Place the schemas in your current project. Open OpenPlant Project Administrator. Select Project > Tool > Specification Generator . Select File > Catalog Editor . Catalog Editor screen will get open. File > Open. Select Spec here 'bellows.mdb'. Select "Add New Component" . Now all classes are visible. See Also Comments or Corrections? Bentley's Product Advantage Group requests that you please confine any comments you have on this Wiki entry to this "Comments or Corrections?" section. THANK YOU!
