OpenPlant Modeler & OpenPlant Isometrics Manager Steps to Accomplish A. To Define Tag set and Tags B. To Map attribute inside projectwisemap.txt file A. To Define Tag set and Tags Launch OpenPlant Isometrics Manager Open Isometric Configuration dialog->Advanced-> Open Seed File. Go to Element -> Tags-> Define In the dialog click add and give the Tag Set a name, say pw here. The following dialog will come up. Select the pw tag set and create a few variables. All variables are character based. We have added some examples, say NAME here for reference. Once Tags are defined, it will display like shown in below image. From the tasks pane select Attach Tag. Select the pw tag. Make sure the Association is checked and attach the tag to the drawing frame. It’s good to have a default value filled in when creating tags. You can now move the tag fields to anywhere in the drawing if display is required. See default value displayed here - B. To Map attribute inside projectwisemap.txt file Projectwisemap.txt include the documentation for various ways of displaying tags. Open projectwisemap.txt in a text editor and map drawing attributes to tags. The left hand side specifies tag set name and tag ( case sensitive ), the right hand side is the drawing attribute. pw.SPEC=SPECIFICATION pw.Style=STYLE pw.PROJECT=PRJ_NAME pw.Service = Service pw.F_NAME = FILENAME pw.NAME = NAME pw.LINENUMBER = LINENUMBER Note – Please note Tags & Tag sets are case sensitive Save & close file generate isometrics and verify results. It should populate the correct data. See Also Comments or Corrections?
