From Isometric Configuration menu open Seed file. In the seed file, open the model dialog and select SheetView. In the SheetView model open the references dialog, the isoseed.dgn must be referenced there. Select on isoseed.dgn reference and click on detach reference. Close references dialog. Save the settings of the isoseed file (Ctrl+F), close the isoseed file and regenerate the isometrics in the DWG mode. Now while opening the DWG isometric in AutoCAD the user will not face any warning message.
