However there might be several occasion where below solution work and resolve issues. case-I Steps to Resolve Locate user path to local and roaming files. See path mentioned below for reference. C:\Users\"User.Name"\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler C:\Users\"User.Name"\AppData\Roaming\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler Delete files from these folders. Restart OpenPlant Modeler & verify result. case-I while working at user's environment, pipeline manager dialog crashes when user tries to edit pipeline and thrown below message shown here.
