I select the source from the installed folder structure. C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenPlantModeler V8i\WorkSpace\Projects\OPModeler_Imperial\DataSet\Specs Databases. I select a 4in Vic elbow and get the following dialog box. As you see the units are in metric, except the nominal diameter.
