Hello Guy Guerin, Have you recently installed any Windows updates? Some of our user faced the same issue and have created Service Requests, that resulted in Defect Report 383800. Some Windows updates might be the core of this issue and restoring machine to earlier point of time could help to solve it. At first try to repair your AutoPLANT installation as Ray have suggested and if it will not help then try to restore your machine. Please inform us here about your results.
