This dialog displays current Document properties and allows you to define initial drawing settings for the PID. But if there is requirement to run any automatic drawings conversion process like PlantSpace P&ID or AutoPLANT P&ID files conversion, then this dialog is stopping it. There is possibility to disable this dialog opening for existing models and not disturb file opening process. Steps to Accomplish Launch OpenPlant P&ID and open any model from required project. Select Workspace>Configuration Search for PID_SUPPRESS_STARTUP_DIALOG variable and edit it Change variable value from 0 to 1 and click OK. Alert will be prompted with information that these changes will be saved to your users configuration file. Accept and restart OpenPlant P&ID < Open Any existing or copied drawing and verify that P&ID Document dialog is not starting anymore. Comments or Corrections?
